Complete build out of endodontist office.

Caudel Builders is continuing to build the commercial division of our business. We are currently renovating several restaurants in the Jacksonville area. We are also involved in the change of use and remodel of an existing structure in Orange Park for the purpose of converting it to a church. We are also currently working with a national health care facility to provide them with remodeling and repair services. We are also excited to be serving another one of our past customers in the dental field. We have continued to grow the dental and medical side of our commercial division as well.

Dr. Michael Smith

Work has begun on Dr. Smiths office. The new office will be roughly 3900 square feet with a modern Asian inspired theme. Work should be completed in December of 2008.

Dr. Aiosa

This is an example of a commercial project. A brief description of the work that we did on this project includes remodeling the patient reception area, new operatories room, staff lounge, and several offices. We also expanded into the space adjacent to her office creating a new lab, new patient exam room, and additional office space.
